ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF DENVER, COLORADO WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND MOMS OR MOM FIGURES. VOID OUTSIDE DENVER, COLORADO AND WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Mile High Mamas (“Sponsor”), Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes 12:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (“MDT”) on September 2, 2014 and 11:59 p.m. MDT on September 18, 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period”) and will be divided into three (3) weekly periods (each, an “Entry Period”), with each Entry Period beginning at 12:01 a.m. MDT on Friday and ending at 11:59 p.m. MDT on the following Thursday except for the first week which will begin at 12:01 a.m. MDT on Tuesday, September 2 and end at 11:59 p.m. on the following Thursday.
TO ENTER: Visit www.milehighmamas.com and follow the directions to comment on the sweepstakes post by answering the question: “If you could have one service or product to help make your mornings more efficient, what would it be?” All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. MDT on the last day of the applicable Entry Period to be eligible for that drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address via this method for the entire Sweepstakes Period. You can receive one (1) bonus entry if you share your answer via Facebook and/or Twitter [Note: Any share message must include some disclosure that the individual is sharing the message in order to obtain a sweepstakes entry.]. Limit one (1) bonus entry per social media platform per person/email address. Entries in excess in any stated limitation and entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Entry must be entrant’s original work, be in keeping with Sponsor’s image & not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry and remove any post that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules.
DRAWINGS: Five (5) potential winners will be selected for each Entry Period (each, a “Finalist”) in random drawings taking place on or about the Friday following the end of the applicable Entry Period from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period. In addition, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all Finalists on or about the Monday following the end of the final Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Nonwinning entries from one Entry Period drawing will roll-over into subsequent Entry Period drawings. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim prize. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or potential winner does not respond to initial notification within 48 hours or is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue.
PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): A “Moms’ Night Out” for winner and two friends to enjoy an evening of pampering at a local spa or a relaxing evening at a local yoga studio followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant. Exact details to be mutually agreed upon between Grand Prize winner and Sponsor and are subject to availability in winner’s local area. No travel will be provided. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000. Finalist Prize (15): Each Finalist winner will receive one of the following (to be selected by Finalist): (i) professional blow-out in the convenience of Finalist’s home or at a local salon, (ii) fitness session with a personal trainer, (iii) manicure and pedicure at a local salon, (iv) prepared breakfast/lunches for the family delivered to Finalist’s home, or (v) one (1) day of concierge service to run daily errands. ARV: $200 – $2,000 each. Actual value of any prize may vary depending on prize selected and/or prize provider. Total ARV of all prizes: $33,000. All prizes will be awarded as gift cards unless otherwise specified by Sponsor at time of prize award. Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions specified by issuer. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) Finalist Prize per person/household.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled posts or entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility; for miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines; for technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions; for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., Twitter, Inc., Facebook, Inc., and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph (including, without limitation, profile photo), voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
