Join us for Spooky Streets at The Streets at SouthGlenn! Get ready for tons of free family fun with a parade of costumes, music, magic shows, spooky characters, face painting, balloon artists, caricaturists, and much more!

With spooky selfie stations, colorful Halloween lighting/dry ice and decorative carved pumpkins as backdrops, you’ll be sure to capture that perfect Halloween photo!

Plus, get a spooky treat when you bring a canned food item to benefit those in need in our community! One per person, while supplies last, quantity limited. More details to come!

Inside the Orchestra’s Tiny Tots Performances @ McNichols Building

Tiny Tots gets children truly inside the orchestra by seating the audience on the floor and surrounding them with a 30+ piece orchestra. Designed for children six and under, this 45-minute program gives young ones the chance to interact with the conductor and the musicians and learn about the instruments in the process. Tiny Tots audiences receive an up-close-and-personal performance in a casual, fun environment. The experience is one-of-a-kind!
Highlights of the Fall Tiny Tots season: Dive deep into a world of magical music full of playing pretend and storytelling this October. The orchestra will be joined by special guests from the Hannah Kahn Dance Company, Central City Opera, and more!
Performances are at 9:30 and 10:45.

Arvada Marketplace Family-Friendly Grand Reopening Event @ Arvada Marketplace

 In celebration of the shopping center’s recent revitalization, redevelopment, and to welcome its many new retailers, Arvada Marketplace is set to host a free family-friendly Grand Reopening event this Saturday, October 21, from 11am-2pm. Located on the southeast corner of Wadsworth and 52nd Avenue in Arvada, Arvada Marketplace features retailers like Sam’s Club, Bennett’s BBQ, HuHot Mongolian Grill, Red Robin, and is now welcoming Menchie’s, Costa Vida, First Watch Daytime Café, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, Yellowbelly Natural Chicken, Newk’s Eatery, Michael’s and Ulta Beauty to the mix. Most of these tenants will be open for business for the Grand Reopening. Others are expected to be open by the end of the year.

The Grand Reopening celebration begins at 11am with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Arvada Mayor Marc Williams after which guests can enjoy live music from local band the Bird Dawgs and check out free samples, giveaways, and promotions from the shopping center’s many retailers exhibiting at the event. Other activities will include: a climbing wall, inflatable slide, balloon artist, face-painting, and touch-a-truck for the kid who loves big vehicles, courtesy of Arvada’s emergency services.

Fall Festival @ Lincoln Elementary School

All are welcome to Lincoln Elementary’s Annual Fall Festival! The Fall Fest will include FREE carnival games, bouncy house, face painting, Lincoln’s famous haunted house, and most importantly: THE DUNK TANK!
Be sure to dress in costume!
Bring cash for dunk tank donations, Lincoln gear, food from the local food trucks, nachos and goodies from the incredible Student Council team, as well as pumpkins and baked goods from the hard working 6th graders!
