Studies prove that yoga for kids boosts focus, stress-relief, and overall happiness. Start your child with the basics in these yoga poses and sequences. We’ll also share a story Sally’s Hard Day that will teach kids how to manage negative feelings. Recommended for ages 4-9, and parents are welcome to attend too.
