Yoga for Kids @ Barr Lake State Park
Nov 18 @ 10:00 am

Saturday, Nov 18th @ 10am & 11am
Studies prove that yoga for kids boosts focus, stress-relief, and overall happiness. Start your child with the basics in these yoga poses and sequences. We’ll also share a story Sally’s Hard Day that will teach kids how to manage negative feelings. Recommended for ages 4-9, and parents are welcome to attend too. Limited to 30 kids per class so RSVP at 303-659-6005. This event is free, but we accept donations to the Richard Lambert Foundation “Camp Forget Me Not”, a 2-day camp designed for children ages 8-12 who are grieving the loss of someone close to them.
