Foodie Friday: Melted white chocolate brownie bites recipe

Have you ever read The Diary of a Wimpy Kid? If you have, you know all about the dreaded “cheese touch.” My friend Eva and my son Bode have somehow waged a cheese-touch war and Bode is the latest to have that dreaded curse fall upon him. He concocted his plan while we sat in church. “Mom,” he whispered.” “I need to make them a tasty treat and I can put the cheese in an envelope when we deliver it to them.” It was the perfect Trojan Horse! A Sweet Treat for Your Sweetheart – Chocolate Lava Cakes Recipe

As if Valentine’s Day wasn’t already sweet enough, this recipe for Chocolate Lava Cakes is sure to impress your sweetie (and your kids).   Rumor has it that these cakes were made as a major culinary disaster.  What a delicious disaster.  These cakes are decadent and gourmet but surprisingly simple to make.  My favorite part about this recipe is how many possibilities there are to switch up the flavors and make it special.  By adding a tablespoon of flavored liqueur your lava cakes can be taken to the next level and by finishing off your lava cake by adding fresh berries, or whipped cream makes this dessert ultra special for your sweetheart.

Appetizers: Sweet Chili Shrimp, Lobster-crab and seafood stuffed mushrooms and Lobster Pizza (which I believe my kids would have loved); Entrees: Dueling Lobster Tails, Lobster Lover’s Dream, Lobster i...
