Dairy Block – LoDo’s vibrant micro-district – and Denver Milk Market, the 16-concept all-local food hall by Denver Chef Frank Bonanno, are once again celebrating the changing of the seasons with the 4th annual Fall Flannel Festival on Sunday, Oct. 17th from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Held in the Dairy Block Alley, this FREE community event will feature a festive line-up for all ages, including live music, face painting, a balloon artist, a photo booth and kids craft stations. Enjoy the Make Your Own Caramel Apple Station at Denver Milk Market’s Cornicello walk-up window and see a live pumpkin carver turn a GIANT pumpkin into an artistic masterpiece. Come dressed in your favorite flannel or Halloween costume!
Staff from The Denver Museum of Nature & Science will be activating their Curiosity Cruiser on 19th Street and providing an interactive activity in the Alley. The Denver Aquarium will also be on-site with a Creepy Crawly activation featuring live animals like geckos, iguanas and snakes. Fans of “Paw Patrol” can hang with characters Chase & Sky from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Denver Milk Market & other Dairy Block establishments will be serving seasonal food and drink specials all day long and each child will receive a bag full of individually wrapped candy to take home.
Discounted $3 parking is available in the Dairy Block garage for all Fall Flannel attendees
