On May 22nd, the Bluebird Theater trades its usual edge for something just as powerful—a 550-strong, moms-only dance party that’s nearly sold out.
Now in its third year, the Mother’s Day Rager is the signature event from Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT)—a growing Denver-based movement championing moms’ mental well-being through music, movement, and meaningful connection.
Picture early-2000s anthems, a judgment-free zone, and a dance floor full of women reclaiming joy, shedding the mental load, and reconnecting with the most electric parts of themselves.
At the heart of it all are two local changemakers: Elizabeth, a licensed therapist and expert in perinatal mental health, and Sarah, a former tech and business strategist. Together, they’ve created a space that resonates with a generation of moms ready to step outside the daily grind and into something lighter, freer, and unapologetically fun.
