Youth exhibitions explore risks of high-concentration cannabis

Initium Health recently announced two innovative art exhibitions in Denver that explore the effects and risks of high-concentration cannabis, combining art with science to foster critical conversations and community engagement.

Grow Up Exhibition
– Dates: June 7 – July 7
– Location: Bell Projects Gallery, 2822 E. 17th Avenue, Denver

Grow Up showcases the creative interpretations of young student artists from four local education institutions, curated by Shaunie Berry. This exhibition offers a fresh perspective on the topic of high-concentration cannabis from the youth of our community.

Hear/Say Exhibition
– Dates: June 14 – July 14
– Location: BRDG Gallery, 3300 Tejon St., Denver

Hear/Say, curated by Tya Anthony, features the work of 11 talented artists who participated in an intensive workshop with Colorado scientists and community members to explore the effects of high-concentration cannabis.

This exhibition aims to challenge perceptions and inspire dialogue through thought-provoking art.

Both exhibitions are sponsored by the University of Colorado School of Public Health and highlight a commitment to science-based examination through artistic expression.
