Nonprofit Can’d Aid donated 100 skateboards to Boulder youth in partnership with the Yasso Game On! Foundation. Both groups have worked together to donate 1,000 bikes throughout 2023 and this event will kick off their 2024 collaboration to donate another 1,200 bikes. For many of the children receiving a donation, this will be their very first skateboard or bicycle – providing a valuable opportunity to get outside and active.
Through Can’d Aid’s Treads + Trails program, more than 18,000 skateboards and bikes have been built and donated to children in disadvantaged communities nationwide with the help of purpose-based companies, like Yasso.
