Join South Suburban to celebrate the Sports Dome Grand Opening and Touch-a-Truck Event on Sat., Oct. 7 from 2-4 p.m.! Bring your whole family to this fun event featuring a fire truck from South Metro Fire Rescue, the bearcat from Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, Engine ½ from the South Metro Safety Foundation, a grader and a snowplow from Arapahoe County Public Works & Development, and a Zamboni, mini bearcat, bucket truck and more from South Suburban Parks and Recreation. Stop by to touch-a-truck, play a game, eat snacks and enter the giveaways.
Inside the new Sports Dome, located at 6959 S. Peoria St., test your skills with Colorado Soccer Buddies and participate in speed/agility activities with Landow Performance on the brand-new synthetic turf field! Tours will also be given of the new facility.
