  1. Take care of yourself: Remember to prioritize self-care. Rest when you can, eat nutritious meals, and stay hydrated. Don’t hesitate to ask for help from family and friends when you need it.
  2. Trust your instincts: As a new mom, you will receive a lot of advice from well-meaning individuals. While it’s essential to gather information, trust your instincts and do what feels right for you and your baby. Every baby is unique, and you are the best judge of their needs.
  3. Establish a routine: Babies thrive on routine, as it provides them with a sense of security and predictability. Create a flexible schedule for feeding, sleeping, and playtime that works for you and your baby. Remember that routines take time to establish, so be patient.
