Deals: Frontier Airlines, Rockies Opening Day & More!

Denver tax day deal

While there may be political and privacy issues with TikTok – I find it amusing. So amusing that my daughter and I created our own food tour of the Denver Central Market in RiNo this past weekend based solely on TikTok Videos – Yeah, the Izzio Bakery line was worth it!

Free Days. We have posted the list of all the free days again this year. Mark this page and make a New Year’s Resolution to go to a few of these! This week the free days include the Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave on April 5.

Rockies Opening Day! Baseball is back for the season on March 30th.  Celebrate opening day at Citizen Rail as they open their patio for the season and for the 3rd year offer the Kimchi Hot Dog cookout for just $5! And if you are thinking a specialty cocktail sounds better than a beer try the Fly Ball! Don’t miss our tips for attending a Colorado Rockies baseball game.

Starbucks Half-Price Beverage. Order a beverage on March 27 and get a coupon for half off a beverage on between March 31 and April 2. (The coupon is loaded to your app).

Frontier Airlines Go Wild Pass. For a limited time, Frontier Airlines want to help you reach your summer travel dreams using the Go Wild Summer Pass. For just $499, between May 2 and September 30, travel as much as you want. Once you purchase the pass, log in and schedule a flight anywhere between 1 and 10 days prior to departure and you pay only 1 penny plus applicable taxes and fees. You can do that as many times as you want between the dates! (There are several blackout dates to be aware of – like Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend. But if you plan to go to New York – right now, their flights are over $700 each. So this may be a screaming deal. Orlando is $250.

Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Day. Monday, April 3 is the return of Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Day. Head to any of their locations on that day to get a free cone! Get your ice cream and smiles!

Home Depot. Are you already thinking about what your yard will look like this spring and summer? Home Depot has several things on sale to beautify your space. But inclusive is the Miracle-Gro soil at just $3.33 a bag!

Hotel Colorado. The kids will love learning and making their own history at Glenwood Spring’s Hotel Colorado. Glenwood Springs is one of my favorite little getaways. If you have not yet planned spring break, this off is good through April 2. The Ski-Swim-Stay package includes Adult Ski Lift Tickets to Sunlight Mountain, Adult All-Day Pool Passes to Glenwood’s Hot Springs, and Kids 12 and under ski free (one per paid adult). There are also packages available to include Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and Hot Springs if you are not into the ski part.

Easter Plans. I usually get invited to my sister’s house for meals like Thanksgiving and Easter. But they have some other things this year and I may have to change that. Guard and Grace have an awesome Easter Brunch with everything you wanted to eat and more. Hello Million Dollar Bacon, Lobster Benedict, Loco Moco, and even a Filet Flight! OMG! And, if that isn’t enough head to HashTAG’s Take and Bake Cinnamon Rolls – that you can make right at home (in case my sister DOES invite me I’ll bring these Cinnamon rolls).

Children’s Consignment Sales. Twice a year, Mile High Mamas does a round-up detailing Colorado’s popular children’s consignment sales. Thousands of shoppers find bargains on kids’ clothing for newborn-preteen, toys, strollers, furniture, baby equipment, books, shoes, maternity items and more…all at 50-90% below retail. Upcoming sale: March 30-April 2, Just Between Friends of Douglas County at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
