Stock Show. The National Western Stock Show is back at the Denver Coliseum. There is the actual Stock Show – meaning all the livestock and there are rodeos. When you purchase a rodeo ticket, it gives you access to the stock showgrounds all day. So make a plan for a whole day of fun. Here are some great ways to get deals on tickets or participate in the fun.
· Groupon has tickets for as little as $16 for different events – rodeos, bull riding, dancing horses, and Xtreme dogs.
· Sunday, January 22, is Guest Appreciation Day. Grounds Admission is $12 for adults; and only $4 for kids 3-11; kids two and under are free.
Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year is actually a multi-day celebration. The incoming year of the rabbit. There are celebrations across town including:
· Saturday, January 21 at the Southridge Rec Center in Highlands Ranch from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. includes dragon and lion dances, martial arts demos and musical performances. Tickets are $10 each.
· George Washington High School will host Chinese New Year Celebration from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 pm. on January 21 for free you will enjoy arts, crafts, cultural displays, children’s games and more
· Jade Mountain Brewery and Teahouse will host Kung Fu demos, lion dances, vendors, food, drink and more on Saturday, January 21 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
· Far East Center on Alameda and Federal will have a celebration from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 22, Saturday, January 28 and Sunday, January 29.
Loveland Wedding. Every year, Loveland hosts a wedding on top of the Mountain on Valentine’s Day. Plan your Marry Me & Ski Free (buy one get one free lift tickets).

Mountaineering Weekend. From February 18-19, YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center will host its 8th Annual Mountaineering Weekend – an all-levels, family-friendly introduction to the outdoors.
