I like fall and Halloween – but it seemed like things to do with the family were either totally baby trick-or-treat things or way too old with haunted houses. I LOVE Hudson Garden’s Magic of Jack O’Lantern with 7,000 glowing pumpkins. All ways of carving and stacking carved pumpkins is on display (no photo or video can really do it justice). Free Children’s Clothing. Local nonprofit WeeCycle is inviting the public to shop its collection of children’s clothing – for free. There’s no catch: anyone is welcome to come and take as much free children’s clothing as they’d like on Sunday, Oct. 16 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Stanley Marketplace. Sizes range from newborn to 2T.

World Singing Day Denver. Are you a shower rockstar? Car karaoke King? Winnie the Pooh at Newman Center. DU is thrilled to share Disney’s new musical stage adaption of Winnie the Pooh for five performances, November 11-13 featuring music and songs and awesome life-size puppets the whole family will enjoy!
Boo at 9+CO. The family-friendly Boo at 9+ CO on Saturday, October 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. will include fun for everyone. Pick a pumpkin from the patch, concoct witches brew at Postino drink tent, jump in the photobooth, get your face painted, jam to the tunes of the live DJ and let the kids go trick or treating. Mcdonald’s Treat Packs. Mcdonald’s is once again offering the treat packs with 12 coupons for free food – for just a $1. TBH, I have bought these hoping we don’t get many trick-or-treaters and I can use them myself.
