St. Patrick’s Day in Denver isn’t just about *just about* green beer crawls. OK, so it’s mostly about that but we’ve found a few other family-friendly fun ways to celebrate.

St Patrick’s Day Parade

March 12, 9 a.m. 

Where: Downtown Denver

They’re back! Check out the 2022 Denver St. Patrick’s Day Parade along with Bellco Credit Union. Save the date, Saturday, March 12th to celebrate their 60th anniversary.

St. Patrick’s Day Festival

March 12, noon-6 p.m.

Olde Town Arvada, 7307 Grandview Ave, Arvada, CO 80002

Everyone’s Irish at our all-ages St. Patrick’s Day Festival. This street festival features live stage music, unique vendors, food, and of course beer and other libations. Kids’ activities and plenty of great Olde Town Arvada merchants to visit make it a welcoming experience for the whole family. As always admission is free.

Shamrock Shuffle at Bible Park

March 12, 10 a.m.-noon

James A. Bible Park, 6802 E. Yale Avenue, Denver


Bring your friends, family, and four-legged friends for a 2 mile run/walk around Bible Park.

Runnin’ of the Green Lucky 7K

March 13, 4-7 p.m. 

701 S Franklin Street, Denver

Runnin’ of the Green (ROTG) is a family-oriented 7K and 2 Mile race/walk that is centered around the Irish celebration of Saint Patrick’s Day and Spring.

KidX Club® St. Patrick’s Day Celebration by Airhouse Adventure Park

March 17, 2:30-4 p.m. 

Where: Town Center at Aurora, 14200 East Alameda Avenue, Aurora

We’re feeling extra lucky this month to celebrate Irish American Heritage Month! Join us in the celebration of Irish culture at our St. Patrick’s Day event. We have a special performance by Celtics Steps Irish Dance School at 3 PM.

St. Patrick’s Day 5K

Saturday, March 19, 9 a.m.-noon

Highlands Ranch Town Center

Grab your friends, family, running/walking shoes, your best Irish costume, and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a festive 5K! A leprechaun will be hiding a golden kettlebell along the course! Whoever finds it and brings it back to the finish will win $100!

ShamROCK Stampede

March 19, 8:30-12:30 p.m. 

Douglas County Fairgrounds, 500 Fairgrounds Road, Castle Rock

ShamROCK Stampede’s mission is to elevate the celebration of St. Paddy’s Day with a family friendly Walk/Run including a FREE 1K Kid’s Sham-Scram Family Walk and Irish-themed festival to increase awareness and raise funds for organizations that help our veterans, first-responders, and others break free from PTSD and mental illness.

Easton Denver Ninja Night St. Patrick’s Day Party

Saturday, March 19, 5-8 p.m.

Easton Training enter, 1304 S. Santa Fe Dr, Denver

Take a night off and send your ids off for a night of fun games, a movie, pizza party and a pinata.
