It is peach time. I recently bought a box of peaches from my neighbor Boy Scout (there are also area cheer teams that do this as a fundraiser as well). I am always so excited to receive my box. But I seem to always forget just how many peaches are in one box. I have eaten them plain, made smoothies, sandwiches, salads, cobbler, and pie (don’t miss our Grandma’s fresh peach pie recipe!) But what shall I keep doing with them now? Suggestions welcomed.

Broncos Deals. I cheer for the Broncos like any well-bred Coloradoan does – but it is even better when you can get a deal with it! The day after a win you can get a free donut at King Soopers, the day after any game (regular season) you can get a free 12 oz coffee at Conoco, the day after a game where the Broncos score at least one touchdown you can get a buy one get one free Arby’s Classic Sandwich or a Classic Beef n’ Cheddar.
Dog Days of Summer. I’m not sure of that saying I think it is when summer is coming to an end – but WaterWorld is celebrating the dogs with Bow Wow Beach Doggie Day, for just $9.99 pass (their humans are free) the dogs can have best day of their summer on September 11 splashing in the pools Cowabunga Beach and Thunder Bay.
