Contemporary artist Nathan Sawaya’s original artworks and reimagined versions of famous masterpieces made from LEGO® bricks will wow you! Guests of all ages will be able to put their own ingenuity to work in an area filled with LEGO bricks.

Stroll through the Colorado countryside along a winding path glistening with lights. This digital experience takes place on a web-based app where campers can explore fantastical places like Sweetsville, Fairy Forest and Treehouse Village. Each location includes multimedia content about the history and traditions surrounding the holiday season, as well as in-home activities. LUMONICS MIND SPA: LIGHT INTERSECTION

The Lumonics Mind Spa is a concept developed by Dorothy Tanner (1923-2020) who wanted her light sculptures and those of her late husband Mel Tanner to be experienced as a total art installation that fosters a state of comfort, relaxation, and creativity. The art work will be seen from several windows of the Understudy Gallery at the intersection of Stout and 14th Street in the Denver Theatre District, with each angle of gazing providing another perspective. Understudy Gallery is adjacent to the Convention Center RTD stop and viewable to all from the train. It is truly a Light Intersection.
SHANTELL MARTIN: WORDS AND LINES

London-born, New York-based contemporary artist Shantell Martin has collaborated with iconic brands and artists from Puma and Nike to Max Mara and Kendrick Lamar. This interactive multimedia installation features Martin’s signature black and white drawings that explore intersectionality, identity and play.
CITIZENSHIP: A PRACTICE OF SOCIETY

This exhibition posits art making as a critical civic act and exemplifies how artists act as citizens. Many of the works address specific political crises, such as the opioid epidemic and Flint, Michigan’s battle for clean water. Others highlight specific legal issues that shape American society.
THE LATE WORKS: CLYFFORD STILL IN MARYLAND

This exhibition explores Clyfford Still’s later paintings and drawings, made after his move to rural Maryland in 1961. This marks a particularly fertile period for Still, during which he made more than 375 works on canvas and more than 1,100 works on paper (nearly all in pastel) before his death in 1980 at the age of 75. The Late Works will include approximately 70 of these unique works.

Aspen-based artist Jody Guralnick explores the intersection of science and art, bringing to light the microscopic and often unnoticed structures of lichens, mushrooms, molds and more. On the brink of war against tyranny, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt issued his famous proclamation that all Americans had the right to Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Worship, Freedom from Want and Freedom from Fear. Almost 80 years later, History Colorado is asking four up-and-coming Denver artists to illustrate the condition of those four freedoms today.
