Did you score some great deals on Black Friday? Did you go out? I did get to go out to Cherry Creek North. It was fun to get out without the packed pressure of buying (the mall is where you’d normally find me on a Black Friday). This year, I did a bit of self-care. I tried Hydrate IV Bar. It is something I’ve wanted to try for quite some time. They literally put a needle in your arm and give you an IV drip. I did get the Myers cocktail so it was infused with all kinds of vitamins. In Colorado, where it is so dry – I don’t feel like I can drink enough water to properly hydrate. This was a way to do it going into the holidays feeling like I am healthy. Do you do some self-care during the holidays? What do you do? Would you try hydrate iv?

· Of course, the first thing I will always say is that you should have a budget. Don’t spend over it. You can break that bigger Christmas budget into each of the people on your list. This may be the year for many to make or re-purpose gifts.
· I have heard that if you wait closer to Christmas that toys and games will go on deeper discounts – so wait if you can (plus, you don’t have to try to hide them as long).
· Kohl’s Cash. If you shopped during Black Friday weekend you earned Kohl’s Cash. You may use the Kohl’s Cash on sales items too! Cyber Days deals will go through this week earning you an extra 20% off a lot of items – you can then use your cash on top of that sale.
· Think now about stocking stuffers – buy a few things each time you go to the store – so that cost doesn’t totally surprise you. Right now, I’m loving the melting hot chocolate Santa at Trader Joe’s.
