Meet the Princesses at Outlets of Castle Rock. On August 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Outlets at Castle Rock will be hosting its popular annual “Princess Meet & Greet” with five special princesses – the Snow Queen, the Snow Princess, the Polynesian Princess, Sleeping Beauty and the Little Mermaid.
