Given the enthusiasm to return to the mountains, there are lot of questions about precautions that are in place. Here are some measures you will find at Breckenridge this summer.
1. Use face coverings.
Face coverings are required in many areas across the mountain, on our activities including chairlifts and gondolas, and around town. Guests who are unwilling to comply with this safety requirement will not be permitted to participate in the experiences.
2. Keep it a ski length apart.
All guests are expected to comply with physical distancing guidelines outlined by public heath as well as resort signage, or as directed by resort employees. Our priority is the safety of our employees and guests, and we will do everything we can to allow for physical distancing at Breck. As a result, we may limit the number of guests on our mountain at any one time.
3. Know where to park.
Parking is available for free on Airport Road, and additional pay parking is available in the North Gondola lot. The South Gondola lot is closed for construction.
4. Keep on snackin’.
Pack a lunch and plan a relaxing picnic along the river, or find a shady tree on mountain to refuel under. On-mountain dining options will be limited and all transactions will be cashless.
5. Leave no trace.
Practice being a good steward of the environment. Carry out all trash and properly dispose of refuse. Follow all resort/forest service regulations. Take only memories, leave only footprints.
