Free Museums. Día del Niño (Day of the Children) on Sunday, April 29 is a celebration of traditional Latin American culture. This year, the Wow! Children’s Museum, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Art Museum, Clyfford Still Museum, History Colorado Center and Byers-Evans House Museum will offer FREE general admission on Sunday; The Denver Public Library Central Branch is also participating. The Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art will hold their festivities on Saturday.

Amazon Prime Delivery. Amazon and Whole Foods Market launched free two-hour delivery of natural and organic products from Whole Foods Market through Prime Now in Denver. Rock Fun. The Colorado School of Mines Geology Museum knows how to rock! On Saturday & Sunday, April 28 & 29, hundreds of minerals, rocks, fossils, books and maps and more are on sale. The museum is home to one of the state’s two Goodwill moon rocks collected during the Apollo 17 mission and displays mineral, fossil, gemstone, meteorite and historic mining artifact exhibits on two floors.

Broncos Fit 7K Run. The Denver Broncos will host the first of four Broncos Fit 7K runs in Colorado and a ‘Salute to Fans Rally’ on Saturday, April 21, in Fort Collins. The events will take place at the Budweiser Brewery Experience (2351 Busch Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80524), with onsite registration and packet pick-up opening at 7 a.m. and the first waves of the run/walk beginning at 8:30 a.m. Discount: Use the discount code MHM5 for $5 off each registration. Extra Innings? I love that the whole family can have a day of fun at the ball park when you go to a Rockies Game. You can score inexpensive tickets and we often bring our lunch or snacks into the game. Some games have AWESOME promotional items (I love the $1 hot dogs).
