Women’s March 2018: Thousands Take to Denver’s Streets
posted by: Aimee
More than 50,000 people of all ages, races and genders poured into Civic Center Park on Saturday morning for the second Denver Women’s March following a year of social and political tumult.
According to Denver mom, Aimee Giese, “Among the anger was a great sense of community and love. This is why I love events like this. Even though we feel really lost right now, gathering with tons of like-minded friends sure makes it better…. The Women’s March Denver was a positive way to start 2018. Here’s to continued solidarity!”
