DINOS! After Dark at the Denver Zoo

This version of DINOS! After Dark is fun for the entire family, every Friday and Saturday in October, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The event will have family-friendly entertainment, such as pumpkin carving demonstrations, a self-guided scavenger hunt, a live fire show and more.
Connectarte: Conversacion Con Los Muertos at Museo de las Americas

Did you know that Museo is haunted? Staff will share their stories of unexplained encounters with the ghosts that have been running around the museum walls for decades. Come dress in your ghoulish best and circle around for some haunted tales in the dark! Must be 12 years old or older to attend event.

Tiny Tots gets children truly inside the orchestra by seating the audience on the floor and surrounding them with a 30+ piece orchestra. Designed for children six and under, this 45-minute program gives young ones the chance to interact with the conductor and the musicians and learn about the instruments in the process.
Boo At The Zoo at the Denver Zoo

The 33rd annual Boo At The Zoo event, presented by Your Hometown Toyota Stores, will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on October 21-22 and 28-29. Over those two weekends before Halloween, young ghosts, goblins and princesses can enjoy trick-or-treat stations, creepy crawly animal demonstrations and exciting family-friendly entertainment under the canopy of the beautiful fall foliage of Denver Zoo.
Make-A-Wish® Colorado Walk For Wishes & 5K Run at Hudson Gardens

Walk For Wishes & 5K Run presented by Blue Bunny Ice Cream is a family-friendly, community event that raises funds to help Make-A-Wish® Colorado grant wishes to children battling life-threatening medical conditions. Participants are encouraged to form teams and join the fun by taking part in the 5K Run or Walk. The expo will feature games, activities, and free food.

Tiny Tots audiences receive an up-close-and-personal performance in a casual, fun environment. The experience is one-of-a-kind!
14th Annual Gorilla Run

The Denver Gorilla Run is a charity fun run with a difference. Everyone who takes part wears a full gorilla or banana costume and helps raise funds for the Mountain Gorilla Conservation Fund, the international charity working to save the world’s last remaining mountain gorillas and keeping Dian Fossey’s dream alive for the past 32 years.
Fall Festival at Lincoln Elementary School

Corn Maze at Chatfield Farms

Wind your way through seven acres of corn. The maze can be viewed from two 15-foot tall illuminated bridges. Visitors under the age of 10 can explore the mini-maze.
Maize in the City

Enjoy a convenient, simple and fun rural experience at Maize in the City with several fall attractions including free attractions for families to enjoy. Started in 2001, and located just 15 minutes from downtown Denver, Maize in the City offers hours of daytime activities to families and others seeking fall attractions including a 20-acre Crazed Corn Field Maze.
