Best Zucchini Recipes for the Whole Family

Best Zucchini Recipes for the Whole Family

Sadly, I don’t have a garden this year but fortunately, I have not been lacking in friends giving away their zucchini, which grows like a weed for most people. But guaranteed, weeds never tasted so good.

These Teriyaki Chicken Zoodles {Zucchini Noodles} and easy low-carb weeknight meal are made with tender chicken and sweet pineapples over a bed of spiralized zucchini noodles.

These incredibly delicious chocolate brownies have “hidden” zucchini so you won’t feel quite so guilty loading the kids up on sweets.

The bold truth: You won’t even miss tortillas with these Best Zucchini Enchiladas.

These Zucchini Fitters with Garlic Yogurt Herb Sauce are perfectly golden brown, crispy, and light zucchini fritters. Hold onto this recipe!

This Summer Fresh Corn and Zucchini Chowder is the best summer food! This lightened up chowder is made with fresh corn from the cob, no flour, and half and half.

Apparently fresh zucchini and corn on the cob go together like two peas in a pod because we’re still getting rave reviews of the mouthwatering Grilled Zucchini and Corn Salad with fresh basil, feta and lemon.

Now, moving onto SWEETS and these Zucchini Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies are irresistible with sweet cinnamon, chewy oats, crunchy pecans and a fair amount of chocolate chips.

I typed “Best Zucchini Bread” into the Pinterest search box and came up with this recipe that has been repinned 50,000 times.  With that many recommendations, you can’t go wrong, right?
