- Outlets at Castle Rock will welcome Colorado families on Saturday, May 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a free Cinco de Mayo celebration. The day’s festivities will feature live Ballet Folklórico numbers performed by a local dance troupe in vibrant, traditional décor as well as a Mariachi Band playing fan-favorite songs.While not watching the live performances, shoppers are invited to participate in a center-wide piñata scavenger hunt! Piñatas will be hidden in participating stores around the property and clues to their locations will be published throughout the day on the Outlets at Castle Rock social media pages. - Castle Rock Cinco de Mayo Street Party. On Friday, May 5th from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. downtown Castle Rock will be a party! Perry Street will be closed between 4th and 5th Street for live music, food vendors, and family fun including jumpy castles.
- The outside patio will open for Cinco de Mayo at Blue Bonnet. On Friday from 3:00 – 6:00 there will be $2.50 Mini Signature Tacos and Tamales, as well as other Happy Hour food.
