Easter Bunny Breakfast at the Outlets at Castle Rock

The Outlets at Castle Rock invite you to join us for a FREE pancake breakfast with the Easter Bunny in the food court. Pancakes and entertainment for the whole family? Count us in!

Rodeo All-Star Weekend, National Western Complex 
Apr 14 – 15 
The stars of rodeo return to Denver for the ultimate pro rodeo competition, Rodeo All-Star Weekend, April 14-15. This year’s Rodeo All-Star Concert, presented by Mountain Dew, features American actress, country music artist and Dancing with the Stars competitor, Jana Kramer. Fans with a Friday night rodeo ticket will enjoy the concert and Murdoch’s Fashion Showcase FREE.

Four Mile Free Day, Four Mile Historic Park
Apr 14, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Take a tour of the Four Mile House Museum, check out historic demonstrations, explore our 12-acre grounds, sample a treat from our summer kitchen, and greet our farm animals. We’ll also be offering our Hay Bales & Tall Tales story and activity time from 12:00-1:00 pm. Admission is free thanks to the support provided by your Scientific & Cultural Facilities District.

Free Days, National Parks 
Apr 15 – 16 
National Park Week Weekend. During the fee free days, all National Park Service sites will waive their entrance fees for all visitors.

Genesis Adventure Race 
Apr 15, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
The Genesis Race will be located at Chatfield State Park in Littleton, Colorado and is aimed specifically at getting new racers into the sport of adventure racing. The focus is to encourage the development of team cohesion and problem solving; pushing each team to develop their own strategic attack plan to the race course. 

“No Hunt” Easter Extravaganza at Faith Mountain 
Apr 15, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
We are always looking for fun and creative ways to bless our community! This year, for our 6th Annual Easter Event, we wanted to break from the norm of a traditional egg hunt and do something different. Our “NO HUNT” Easter Eggstravaganza will have great carnival games, a fun photo booth, cookie decorating, bounce houses, a great magic show, and over 20,000 candy filled eggs.

4th Annual Egg Hunt, Roots Elementary 
Apr 15, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Join Roots Elementary and the northeast Park Hill community at their 4th Annual Egg hunt. Prizes include tickets to Elitch gardens, movie passes, and museum passes. There will be a special appearance of the Easter bunny and more! This event is free for everyone.

Bunny Bolt 5K & 10K, City Park, Denver 
Apr 15, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
The 6th Annual Bunny Bolt 5k/10k in beautiful City Park is Denver’s only Golden Egg Hunt for adults- as you move along the course find the coveted golden eggs, each filled with amazing prizes. The event also features a free yoga class, race t-shirt, goody bag, free photo downloads and the chance to win prizes in multiple categories. Pets & strollers welcome!

Bunny Express Train, Colorado Railroad Museum
Apr 15, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
All aboard the Bunny Express Train at the Colorado Railroad Museum. Let the rock of the rails transport you into spring with an annual tradition at the Museum. Your whole family can hop on the Bunny Express Train, featuring the 1880s vintage passenger coach, and experience what it was like to travel 100 years ago.

Bunny Trail, Children’s Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus 
Apr 15, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
It’s the finest spring festival in town. Bunny Trail is filled with all kinds of blossoming fun including springtime art projects, face painting, tasty Teaching Kitchen samples, meet & greets with Truffles the Big Bunny and so much more.

Easter Egg Hunt at Barr Lake State Park
Apr 15, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Bring your family and your Easter basket to gather eggs and fun nature facts. There will be crafts (by Bird Conservancy of the Rockies), face painting and lots of FUN! Reservations are required.

Eggstravaganza at Bear Creek Church
Apr 15, 10:00 am – 11:30 am
Join Bear Creek Church for a petting zoo, go on an Easter Egg hunt, play fun games and win prizes. You can create some crafts and listen to an Easter Egg story. Get your face painted and eat a delicious donut. 

Family Adventure Day at Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center

Join us for a free opportunity to spend the day with your family being creative. Let us ignite your imagination with new adventures in art-making and explore different themes with art materials and new techniques in the studios led by teaching artists.

Geologists Rock! Denver Museum of Nature & Science

Bring your whole family to become time detectives as we explore rocks and minerals and the amazing stories they can tell. Along with experienced museum educators and scientists, crack the codes found inside the rocks that surround us.

Eggstravaganza Carnival & Egg Hunt, Civic Green Park

The fifth annual Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt features free grilled lunches, dozens of carnival games, a 15,000-egg hunt, and culminates with a raffle for a Nintendo Switch.

Majestic View’s Egg-tacular at Majestic View Nature Center

See different eggs and nests from the animal kingdom, and decorate an egg to take home. All ages. Register online.
