Here’s my story of Centennial-based JollyBod’s lotions, lip balms, body butters and salt scrubs. Unbeknownst to me, they sent me a few products to sample but unbeknownst to them, I had moved. When I informed them of the change, they shipped out a new package, only to have the first one forwarded several weeks later. The result: a wonderful array of products and I’m so glad for the second package because my tween stole the first.
Here’s JollyBod’s story: JollyBod was born out of necessity. April and Chris Pangburn’s son suffered from severely dry skin and they searched high and low to find a remedy to help cure his painful condition. They applied cream after cream—everything from doctor recommended salves to petroleum-based creams—but nothing worked. So they took matters into their own hands, literally.
They researched and experimented with professionals and chemists and eventually came up with natural, petroleum-free moisturizers and scrubs that really worked. They traveled the world looking for the perfect scents and encapsulated those experiences through essential oils and natural fragrances within each product. Over the years, they handed out JollyBod samples to friends, family, and fellow travelers to get feedback. Everyone shared a common sentiment: they loved the way their skin felt after using the product. So the husband and wife duo decided to share their creations with a larger community and launch JollyBod. Every batch of JollyBod product is handmade with love in Centennial, Colorado.

Salt Scrub – Maintain healthy skin with the pure extracts in JollyBod’s exfoliating salt scrubs. Revive skin by removing unwanted, dead skin cells to allow for maximum nourishment and penetrate where it’s needed most. Comes in Body Activating and Body Calming scents. Retails for $30 (16 oz jar).
