I developed a pumpkin addiction when I was pregnant with my firstborn daughter and only recently have I felt like it was finally under control. Until I was searching Pinterest for paint colors and there in my feed was a strategically placed showcase of all-things pumpkin. And my addiction is back on.

Here are some delicious pumpkin recipes you (and I) have to try this fall.

Pumpkin Caramel Cream Cheese Poke Cake. A pumpkin spice cake is drizzled with caramel sauce, frosted with a fluffy cream cheese frosting and topped with even more caramel sauce!

The Notice Chef’s 30-minute Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls. Simply stuff the crescent dough with pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and a ton of brown sugar. The cinnamon rolls cook for under 10 minutes, whip up the sweet cream cheese frosting and 20 minutes later you’ll be stuffing your face.

If you love pumpkin pie and are tired of waiting until Thanksgiving these pumpkin pie bites are the perfect way to get your fix.

With this recipe, The Country Cook knew she wanted to create a pumpkin-shaped cheeseball but didn’t necessarily want pumpkin flavor. You will love this true cheeseball.

These Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookies are super soft, and that hint of pumpkin makes them such a perfect fall treat.

If you love pumpkin pie but can’t be trusted around a whole one, these Pumpkin Crumb Pie Cookies from The Domestic Rebel are the perfect solution! Bite-sized pumpkin pie cookies topped with a buttery, cinnamon-spiced crumb topping!

This Magic Pumpkin Cake is magic because the pumpkin layer sinks to the bottom. It’s really cool. Add White Chocolate Curls on top and if you like pumpkin, you’ll love this recipe!

This Pumpkin Praline Bread Pudding is an easy, rich, hugely popular, and impressive dessert.

This Spiced Pumpkin Maple Syrup. This just might ruin plain old syrup for you forever. You can be mad if you want. Or really, really happy because this spiced Pumpkin Maple syrup is THAT good!
