Just Between Friends of Broomfield/Brighton Sale at Adams County Fairgrounds

Twice a year, Mile High Mamas does a round-up detailing Colorado’s popular children’s consignment sales. Thousands of shoppers find bargains on kids’ clothing for newborn-preteen, toys, strollers, furniture, baby equipment, books, shoes, maternity items and more…all at 50-90% below retail. Traditions of Dia de los Muertos – Sugar Skulls at the Denver Botanic Gardens 
Oct 14– 16
Join the Denver Botanic Gardens as they explore the cultural traditions of Día de los Muertos. Learn how to make and decorate sugar skulls as you discover the cultural significance of these important icons. Each person can make and take home two sugar skulls.

A clothes swap in Broomfield! Come Friday and drop of clothes (or bring on the day of the swap) then take what you need on Saturday. The swap goes fast, so come right at 9 a.m. 

Harvest Festival at Highlands Lutheran Church 
Oct 15, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
FREE EVENT! Come join in on the Fall fun. Face painting, activities, food, and music. There will also be an alternative gift fair on location. Please bring a canned good for Bienvenidos Food Bank.

St. Dominic’s Oktoberfest at St. Dominic Parish 
Oct 15, 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm
St. Dominic Parish is thrilled to present its 4th annual Oktoberfest, a beer festival for the Denver Highlands. This all-ages event features four Denver-based bands, a bike valet, Kid’s Corner activities, a large silent auction, and multiple craft beer and fine food vendors, including Joyride, Diebolt, Factotum, Call to Arms, Goldspot, Little Machine Beer, Prosit Fine Beers & Sausages, and The Noshery. ADMISSION IS FREE.

Annie Moses Band: The Art of the Love Song at The Buell Theatre

Annual family zombie event in October at Denver Pavilions. Featuring fun horror related vendors, activities, and a zombie fashion show early in the evening.
