I am officially in a cooking funk so have taken to Pinterest for inspiration. Don’t miss these awesome recipes and a fun fall craft thrown in for good measure.

Slow Cooker Basil Chicken in Coconut Curry Sauce. Slow cook your way to one of the best chicken curries ever! The sauce has coconut milk, jalapeno, and red onion. It’s not too spicy, but has tons of flavor.
