If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, why don’t we treat it as such? Our mornings are chaotic and 95 percent of the time, my children chow down some cereal and fruit and that is the extent of their morning sustenance. I’ve vowed to do better and that better will start the night before when I pull together a breakfast in the crockpot that cooks overnight. And voila, hot breakfast!

Here is an easy, hearty breakfast casserole that you can cook up in the slow cooker! We love this one because it can be prepared the night before and enjoyed the next morning without any fuss.
