I have been sick the past week and I never get sick. I have been sniffling, sneezing and have had coughs that kept me up. But alas, my grandpa’s words echoed in my head “you’re not allowed to be sick.” I was done with it in just a day or two! I recently read an article that the mind can play some fun games with you – including health. You can think yourself to a better/healthier you. Do you think that is true? How do we teach our kids that?
