Celebrate the Broncos’ Super Bowl 50 win in downtown Denver!

I can’t think of a better reason to pull the kids from school for a few hours on Tuesday to show your Mile High pride as Denver celebrates the Denver Broncos World Championship Parade and Celebration.

Broncos Country is invited to cheer on the entire Denver Broncos team as they parade through downtown Denver. Fans will be able to show their support for the players, the Bowlen family, executive vice president of football operations John Elway, head coach Gary Kubiak, the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders, Miles the Mascot, and the Denver Broncos Stampede Drumline. Mayor Michael Hancock, Governor John Hickenlooper, and other elected officials will join the team in celebrating the fans who have helped make the Broncos’ 2015 season such a wild success.

When: Tuesday, February 9, 2016

Cost: Free and open to the public! 

  • 10:00 a.m., Entertainment begins at Civic Center Park

    Musical Performances by:

    • Funkiphino
    • 3OH!3
    • Big Head Todd and The Monsters
  • 12:00 p.m., Parade kicks off at 17th and Wynkoop Streets 
  • 1:00 p.m., Rally begins at Civic Center Park
    • Featuring Broncos players and coaches, Governor John Hickenlooper, 
      Mayor Hancock and other guests.

Please note: Spectators are reminded that, as with any event of this size, they are asked to NOT bring folding chairs or any seating devices. Items such as backpacks and large bags are also discouraged as these are subject to inspection by safety officials. Alcohol and marijuana are prohibited. Spectators are also encouraged to arrive early and utilize light rail and public transportation.   

Also, Grandma’s Cookies will by handing out free cookies and coffee on 16th Street Mall – Glenarm Place from 11a.m.-2 p.m. today (Monday). With flavors like Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter and Fudge Chocolate Chip, every Grandma’s treat is baked with love to take all football fans to their happy place.
