A few years ago, I attended an event at Qdoba Mexican Grill where they unveiled their tasty Chile Verde. The head chef who develops all of Qdoba’s dishes was there and gave us a tutorial on cooking with chiles and best of all? He passed on some of his favorite recipes (if bribed adequately I can share some others).
The recipes have minor deviations from Qdoba’s due to franchisee commitments but rest assured, they are delicious!
Tonight, we are grilling up some chicken that has been marinated in a white balsamic vinaigrette and will put this mango salsa on top. It has been a staple in our family and we all love it!
