Camp Chief Ouray

For over a century, Camp Chief Ouray (CCO) at YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby has been the adventurous playground and traditional overnight camp for kids age 7-17. Campers live in cabins with two counselors and six to nine other children of their own gender and age. Each cabin is under the direct leadership of a college-aged counselor. Counselors receive extensive training at camp prior to the campers’ arrival. They maintain a staff-to-camper ratio of 1:5 or lower. Located on 5,100 acres of mountains, valleys, streams and meadows — boredom is simply not an option.

WilderFIT Colorado

Why should kids have all the fun? While they’re at their overnight camp, take a retreat of your own at WilderFIT Colorado’s weekend or week-long sessions.  It’s time to turn the refreshing outdoors into your very own gym. A typical retreat morning begins with an energetic power-house breakfast followed by a wake me up PiYo session, venture into the mountains and enjoy a freshly prepared picnic lunch, or experience a heart pumping obstacle course. Check out their website www.wilderfitcolorado.com to reserve your first choice.
