After school snack recipe: Healthy No-bake Energy Bites

After school snack recipe: Healthy No-bake Energy Bites

I often struggle with what to feed my kids after school. They’ve had a long day, they’re famished and the last thing they want to be greeted with is a plate full of veggies.

A few years ago, we discovered a recipe for no-bake energy bites. Not only can you whip these together in five minutes (and they’re gone in about that amount of time) but they’re also healthy and filling. All a winning combination to tide the kids over ’til dinnertime.

And Mom loves ’em, too!

  2. Does it matter whether you use old-fashioned or quick oats?

  3. Andrea–I use old-fashioned.
