Love ’em or hate ’em but Crocs™ are a summer staple for kids in Colorado (just go to any playground and the majority of kids are wearing them).
Now, your kiddos can be the envy of all their peers by sporting the very first in the Crocs™ Chameleons line: shoes that change color in sunlight.
Seeing is believing. These Crocs don’t hit the market until May 13 and we were sent a sample pair to check out.
The picture on the left are the Crocs Chameleons indoors and the one on the right was taken mere moments after stepping outside.
My kids think these are the coolest things ever.
The Crocs Chameleons come in celery/sea blue, lime green/yellow and oyster/pink lemonade and are available in two styles–the standard Clog and Shirley (a sandal for girls).
Here’s the catch: Only a limited number of pairs will be available when they launch in May 13 and Crocs expects they’ll go quickly. We have the inside scoop and you can visit www.crocschameleons.com and sign up to receive a special “first dibs” sale link. This link will allow you to purchase the shoes on May 12, the day before they go on sale to the public in their retail stores, kiosks and online.
Are you on Facebook? Crocs will also be randomly giving away a pair of Chameleons to three people who comment on their various posts so be sure to follow them closely the next few weeks.
Even my unimpressed husband was impressed by these Crocs but jokingly asked, “If they change colors, how do I match them to my clothes for the day?”
Good thing they don’t come in adult sizes.
