Courtyard by Marriott Opens Lobby Zone to Help Alleviate Holiday Traveling Stress

Between body-scan controversies and holiday crowds, Denver International Airport is not a happy place to be in December.

That’s why I was pretty darn excited to hear that the Courtyard by Marriott is making your wait at DIA a little less awful with the Lobby Zone. Located in Concourse B, by gates 15 and 16, this Courtyard lobby is a great way to pass the time with your family while you’re waiting for your flight.

Courtyard by Marriott wants air travelers to experience the new design and sample amenities that can be found at 190 Courtyard hotels across the U.S. Some of the amenities featured in the airport lobby zones include:

• flexible seating options including a communal table and more private media booths with high-definition televisions
• ample electrical outlets so guests can plug-in and charge their mobile devices and laptops
• the brand’s exclusive, interactive GoBoard® technology – a 55-inch LCD touch screen packed with local news, business and sports headlines from USA Today. Guests can also navigate the touch screen mapping feature to find restaurants, local attractions and print directions.

Denver’s Lobby Zone will remain open until January 31.
