With a nod to the recession and knowledge that price is one of the main things keeping people from getting more massages and facials, local day spas and exercise studios are offering half-price treatments and classes during upcoming spa weeks.
It’s a chance to try a ballet-style fitness class, get that pedicure you’ve been putting off or highlights you’ve been wanting in your hair.
