Colorado Adventure Point- Family Friendly Halloween! @ Colorado Adventure Point

The weekend of Halloween, Colorado Adventure Point will be hosting a family fun event! Come join us for three nights of pumpkin carving, s’mores roasting, spooky science experiments, rock climbing, and a shooting gallery. Bring your costumes, there will be prizes for the best dressed! Admission and activities are free, with the option of some paid activities.

Childsplay in “Go, Dog. Go!” @ PACE Center
Nov 1 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Go, Dog. Go! brings the exciting adventures of P.D Eastman’s book to life in a frolicking musical dog party. The cast of this beloved preschool favorite has gone to the dogs – with cars, hats, a moonlit boat ride, and even a wild game of ball – as this hilarious visual spectacle manages to sneak in some important lessons about life between innings. Go, Dog. Go! is a musical romp full of surprises, color, clowning, vaudville, singing/barking, and of course, six lovable dogs!

Santa Play Date @ The Sanctuary Studio

PLAY DATE WITH SANTA! We are very happy to offer this festive and heartwarming Santa Play Date event to our clients and community. You will receive 20 minute Play Date with Santa Claus, just you and Santa!

We are honored to be donating a portion of all proceeds to Hope Kids charity. We will be creating beautiful family portraits for your holiday cards, gifts, walls, profiles, etc., and then, the best part, the kids will get a play date with Santa Claus, and we will photograph the whole experience for you. Show up, and let us take care of the rest for you. You’ll end up with a fun memory, great gifts, and a full heart that you helped our community.

Ice Age Discovery Youth Program @ Walking Mountains Science Center
Nov 4 @ 2:00 pm

Join Walking Mountains Science Center with paleontologists from the Ice Age Discovery Center in Snowmass Village, Colorado for an afternoon of interactive investigation. Participants in 2nd through 5th grade have the opportunity to learn the story of the Ice Age first hand. Touch mammoth and mastodon teeth, wonder at the full size fossils of the American mastodon, giant bison, Jefferson’s ground sloth, Columbian mammoth, Ice Age deer, horse, camel, Black bear, Bighorn sheep, coyote, and beaver. At the end of the program, take home a hand-made fossil replica from a real Ice Age fossil!

This is not a drop-off program. Guardian participation is required.

Family Discovery Series: Opera Colorado’s touring production “Cinderella” @ PACE Center

Is a wicked Stepfather like a wicked Stepmother? What about a wise advisor instead of a fairy Godmother? Inspired by the traditional fairytale, Rossini’s Cinderella is a twist on the classic story.

Family Discovery Series: HawkQuest – Birds of Prey @ PACE Center

Is it a bird? A plane? It’s definitely a bird! This fun and educational program for all ages includes a Bald or a Golden eagle, an owl, a falcon, and features a free-flying hawk. Guests will learn about the importance of different raptor species, their specially-adapted tools, and their role in our ecosystems.

Family Discovery Series: Bennett School of Irish Step Dance @ Schoolhouse Theater

The Bennett School of Irish Step Dance has a long and proud tradition of sharing the magic of Irish dancing with people of all ages. This show is incredibly heart-pounding and educational. Come ready to join in a traditional Irish dance on stage!

How I Became A Pirate @ PACE Center

AARRRGH! Sail off on a swashbuckling musical excursion as young Jeremy Jacobs joins Captain Braid Beard’s band of comical pirates and searches for the perfect spot to bury their treasure. Jeremy finds fun and adventure on the high seas, but he soon learns that home and family are treasures you can’t find on any map!
