National Western Stock Show at the National Western Complex

Denver’s National Western Stock Show is one of the world’s premier Western spectacles. Pull on your cowboy boots, grab your chaps and see it for yourself each January just north of downtown Denver at the National Western Complex (Jan. 7–22, 2017). For the last 110 years, thousands of visitors from across the country have come out to see more than 15,000 animals, rodeo performances, bull-riding competitions, dancing-horse shows, barrel racing, auctions and booths selling everything from cowboy boots to cookware to golf vacations.
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at the Vintage Theater

Winter Break, Denver Art Museum

This Winter, warm up at the Denver Art Museum and spend time with the whole family. The Costume Studio, Create-n-Take stations and the Family Activity Cart will be open daily from December 20 to January 8 throughout the museum complex. Burn Awareness Free Day at the Denver Firefighters Museum

Visit the Denver Firefighters Museum for a fun, family-friendly free day! Free admission, special activities, and a chance to meet active duty DFD firefighters. Activities are open 10:00am to 2:00pm. The museum will remain open (and free) until 4:00 p.m.
