Harkins Northfield 18 theaters aren’t just for seeing movies–it is also one of the only theaters to have on-site childcare services called the PlayCenter. For only $6, children 3-8 can be dropped off to watch movies, do crafts or play games in the interactive area while Mom and Dad have a date night at the movies.
Harkins also has a Loyalty Program which features the Loyalty t-shirt and Loyalty cup. After purchasing the T-shirt for $25, customers can receive a free medium popcorn every time they bring the shirt to the theatre and purchasing the cup for $5, customers receive $1.50 refills on fountain drinks. For avid movie-goers, these purchases pay for themselves within a few visits.
The theater is also hosting a special two-night presentation of the BBC documentary, “One Life.” This movie will be playing on Feb. 21 and Feb. 24 and is about the journey taken by all living creatures, from birth to having youngsters of their own.
