You’d Better Watch Out: Is Santa at Your Favorite Mall Starting Today?

Santa Claus is coming to town…I mean for real. Literally. He came to several mall locations this weekend and is gearing up for the Holiday Season. (He has to arrive before all those shoppers on Thanksgiving weekend).

Town Center of Aurora  – NOVEMBER 10 at Center Court 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The Simon Kidgits’ Club and The Children’s Place team up to bring you the most anticipated event of the year…Santa Saturday! Kidgits Members will delight in the magic of the season with holiday arts & crafts, letters to Santa, a parade led by Santa himself, an ornament making craft and visits from Santa at The Children’s Place! The festivities start at 8AM in Center Court.

Cherry Creek Shopping Center - Santa arrivedThursday, November 8. Explore this year’s Ice Palace featuring ICE AGE: CONTINENTAL DRIFT. Interactive globes will showcase Scrat on his endless mission to catch his precious acorn, while the whole ICE AGE herd is adrift, across the way, on an iceberg in pirate waters. Families can measure their prehistoric heights against Sid & Diego, go paw-to-paw with the herd, and track down Scrat’s missing acorns throughout the palace. The high-seas adventure culminates with a visit to Santa and a special gift from ICE AGE.

Colorado Mills  -same as Town Center of Aurora – 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Center Court….

FlatIron Crossing – Santa’s Arrival & Breakfast 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Food Court

Prepare to fill your bellies as we celebrate the long-awaited arrival of Santa Claus with a FREE breakfast provided by Eggland’s Best! Plus, enjoy a jolly mix of festivities, featuring music by The Denver Pops Orchestra, and fun activities with the Radio Disney Street Team!  Santa arrives at 9:30 by fire truck in the Valet area outside of the Food Court.

Outlets at Castle Rock -Santa arrives in a horse-drawn carriage with Mrs. Claus on Tuesday, November 20!  Spend the afternoon hanging out with the Radio Disney street team, enjoy $5 meal deals with our food court restaurants, cookies and milk with Santa and a reindeer petting zoo too!  Sneak peek pictures with Santa from 11:30 am – 8 pm!

Park Meadows – November 10 at 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. have Milk and Cookies when Santa arrives at Park Meadows in the Dining Hall. There will be more festivities with Santa through the season.

Southwest Plaza – At the time of this posting, I did not have information about a party for Santa’s arrival however – they have posted online that he will be available for photos starting this Saturday, November 10. Santa has made his way from the North Pole and is ready to greet children of all ages – including babies!

Parade of Lights

While Santa may be in malls and shopping areas this weekend – he will arrive at the end of the Parade of Lights.
The 9NEWS Parade of Lights is the signature event of the Downtown Denver holiday season. The sparkling lights, marching bands, giant balloons, majestic floats and delightful characters will once again wow hundreds of thousands. The Friday, Nov. 30 parade begins at 8 p.m., while the Saturday, Dec. 1, parade begins at 6 p.m.

Now all we need to wait for is when KOSI 101.1 FM will begin the Christmas music. Will someone pour me a hot chocolate? MMMM….I’m ready.
