Denver Deal: Hallmark, Buy.com, CiCi’s, & Fright Fest
I like to stay busy. Anyone who reads my blog regularly knows that I really honestly like to be on the go. This last week I took my kids to the Botanic Gardens at Chatfield’s Corn Maze. It was great fun. We went during the day so the kids (no, not me) were not scared. When we started the maze we had literally no idea where we were going. We took the sheet they handed us at the entrance, which instructed us that when we came to a numbered sign inside the maze, just stop and answer the corresponding question on the trivia “passport” to determine which direction to head next.
Hallmark Boo’d Us
When we arrived home we had been “boo’d” by Hallmark! Have you heard of boo baskets? Neighbors “boo” each other kind of like a May Day basket or Secret Santa. We received Witch’s Hat Door Décor: Motion sensors create a surprise cackle and the eerie illusion of a witch appearing on your door under the brim of her hat. My Pet Ghost: The kids love the ghoulish ghosts — Genevieve Ruffles, Julian Hijinks and Maxwell McSpooky. Press the top of the bottle stopper, and you will see a ghostly image appear with coordinating sounds. And a GIANT card~giant witches with googly eyes- these cards are awesome. Plus, they gave me a code to pass along to you! Readers will get 30 percent off Hallmark’s selection of Print On Demand photo cards and party plates with the online coupon code [Blog30].
