Denver Deal: Tax freebies, Consignment Sales, Free Days & Frontier Spokesanimal

Did you even know that March was National Nutrition Month? I can’t really keep up with which month is what and what I’m supposed to do – wear red in February for Heart Month, wear pink in October for Cancer Month. So, what better idea than letting one month spill into our entire life – not just one month or one day. I try to help my kids remember to eat healthy throughout the entire year. I encourage them to choose a piece of fruit over candy (not that I have candy at my house very often). We recently discovered Goodness Knows. They are these awesome little granola bites that come four to a pack. They have yummy fruits, nuts and grains, plus the little bit of chocolate makes my daughter think they are dessert! What is kind of even cooler is that right now, Denver is one of the ONLY places you can get them. (They’re available in most stores)
