Denver Deal: McDonalds Coffee, Tillamook Cheese Tour, & Beyond Consequences Live
I received a new magazine on my desk today and one of the articles in the magazine is titled, “How to Add More Excitement to Your Week.” I think we do a pretty good job at my house keeping it exciting. Sometimes even too exciting for my daughter’s taste (she would prefer to stay at home in her PJs all day). And I usually make sure to plan something fun for my kiddos each weekend – especially if it is a deal. But I realized that there are many of my dear readers who go out on parent nights or date nights. So as I hear of them I will be adding one or two to my blog in the future. Give me some feedback on the kinds of things you would like to see included.
McDonalds Coffee
Following last fall’s coffee offer, McDonalds is at it again with FREE small Premium Roast Coffee every day through September 25. Customers can get the coffee in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant at any participating McDonald’s in Colorado. There are no strings attached and you do not need to purchase another food item in order to receive the free small coffee.
Tillamook Cheese Tour
As part of the Tillamook Cheese’s “Loaf Love Tour,” the Tour will be offering free admission to the Denver Zoo on Saturday, September 17th for the first 200 fans who sport their brightest & wildest Tillamook Cheese orange.* Orange-clad fans arriving after the first 200 tickets will receive $1 off admission. (This shouldn’t be too hard in Bronco Country). Once inside, zoo-goers will have the chance to experience the Loaf Love Tour and receive cheese samples, coupons, play games like Loaf Love Tour bingo. Maybe you can get someone to say “cheese” for that photo!
- *Sept 16-18. Shop Kids Event. Friday 9a-7p, Saturday 9a-4p; Sunday 9a-2p (Half price sale). At the Twin Peaks Mall in Longmont.

The shopkids consignment sale has been changed from the Twin Peaks Mall to the parking lot of the ShopKids store and the dates have been changed to only Friday and Saturday. You can check the homepage shopkidsevent.com for more information. It looks like someone in the mall complained about having the sale in the mall, so they were forced to move it at the last minute.
I am a fost/adopt mama and have been to Heather Forbes’ live Beyond Consequences training course. SHE IS FANTASTIC and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her books, online courses and in person training. SHE IS PHE-NOM!
