Denver Deal: Noodles, Echo Mountain, Hotel Monaco and GAP

Denver Deal: Noodles, Echo Mountain, Hotel Monaco and GAP

Last week, I was invited to try the new Mac and Cheese dishes at Noodles & Company.  Can I just say, “fabulous”?  While my kids love the original Mac and Cheese (they order it EVERY time we are there), Noodles has introduced three new dishes where Mac & Cheese has grown up!  The Southwestern Chili Mac is exactly what you would expect from chili mac.  Yummy red chili with cheese and green onions over macaroni.  The Bacon, Mac & Cheeseburger is like a bacon cheeseburger (crumbled cheeseburger) loaded with meat, bacon, cheese, breadcrumbs, tomatoes and green onions!  But my FAVORITE was the Truffle Mac with Baby Portabellas – a delicious symphony of taste with white truffle oil, sauteed portabellas, parmesan cheese and home-made breadcrumbs.  That is a Mac and Cheese I could eat daily – but they are only here for a limited time.

Echo Mountain

In celebration of their 5th year in business, starting this Friday, March 18, Echo Mountain is offering $5 Friday Nights!  For five consecutive Fridays from March 18-April 15, night lift tickets that are good for skiing and riding between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. are only $5 each for children, adults, seniors—everyone. Think fun, family and friends!  If you ski on Sunday, March 20 $5 of your ticket will be donated to Burton ’s CHILL Foundation, an organization that provides unique and positive experiences to underserved youth through snowboarding by providing everything they need to learn how to snowboard—lift tickets, lessons, transportation, and head-to-toe gear.

Hotel Monaco

Looking for a fun Staycation idea for this Spring Break?  Check out the Hotel Monaco’s “Kids Just Wanna Have Fun” family package.  The package includes a stay at the hotel, two backpacks full of great kids goodies, two adult and two child passes to the movies (at the Pavillions), Morning coffee and tea service in living room, hosted evening wine reception in living room, 24-hour access to in-house fitness room, standard high speed wired and wireless internet access.  Book at least two days in advance.  Mention the rate code: PFAM.
