I'm not a mom, but I'm a dad, can I still comment? ;) Love this list. Great stuff for everyone to remember to beat stress anytime. Love the go for a walk part (or any exercise) and eating better. I'm always happier when I'm eating healthy foods and getting in some activity, even if it's only a quick walk. Thanks!

You know, breathing 10 times is so simple, yet I so easily get sidetracked.

Love the song you highlighted.

Great tips!

One of the things I do to beat the holiday stress is to start relatively early and break down the projects I have into smaller, less-stressful bites. It may be harder to start early, but for me anyway, it's better in the long run. :)
