Gift certificate giveaway for eco-friendly Lovely boutique!

Submitted by on May 9, 2008 – 12:00 amNo Comment

I am a great supporter of MOMpreneurs. In fact, if you are one, I encourage you to add your information to our new MOMpreneur forum!

I was thrilled when I heard some MOMpreneurs were opening Lovely, a new boutique for women that carries ethically and ecologically made brands such as Stewart Brown C&C California, Eco-ga’nik, Joe Jeans and others.

Emilie Oliver and Hallie Wastell are the two ethically-minded entrepreneurs behind Lovely. These two young moms met through mutual friends and bonded over their love of fashion. Both long-time residents of the area, they agreed that Arvada could benefit from the addition of a fashion-forward boutique.

The two set out to find products that fit with the mission of Lovely. Their criteria for ethically- made apparel include American made or fair-trade import certification. To be considered ecologically aware, the company must utilize earth-friendly choices such as organic cotton, silk, hemp, or denim, and produce their products with minimal impact by utilizing low impact production and coloring.

The brands available at Lovely are easy, comfortable, and wearable with a refined sexiness. The price range is reasonable, with most items from $20 to $160.

We are pleased to offer a $30 gift certificate to Lovely. To enter, simply email us at giveaways@milehighmamas.com with “Lovely Boutique” in the subject line and your mailing address. Contest deadline is May 12, 2008.
