In honor of my birthday today, I thought I would offer you two of my favorite finds on Etsy – the Web’s hottest site for buying and selling all things handmade. Because I am a giver like that.

Oh, and because I can’t win my own contests.

The first giveaway is an ultra-cool pendant for any mama or mama-to-be. It is a beautifully-aged poker chip that has been collaged with a carefully scavenged bit of vintage ephemera to create a large, one-of-a-kind pendant. The image was gleaned from a 1940′s obstetrics book. Just place on your favorite chain, choker or a bit of pretty ribbon to wear and enjoy! Suzanna Scott created this and many other treasures at Sushipot and her inspiration comes from all things old, chipped, cracked, worn, dusty, used, found, buried, designed, loved, pieced, intricate, aged and transfigured.

Part II of our giveaway is PamperingBeki’s gorgeous earrings that are made with huge 12mm freshwater pearls, sparkling Swarovski crystals, and all sterling silver metals PamperingBeki’s Shop accessories range from whimsical and fun, trendy, to classically elegant.

Beki is a former flight attendant turned SAHM and blogger. The pressures of being at home quickly kicked in and she knew she needed a creative outlet.
